You don’t have to do it alone. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe space to talk about the challenges you may be facing and experience the change you are seeking.
I specialize in working with young adults in recovery from addiction and their loved ones. I’ve worked in various capacities with teens and adults in addiction and recovery for over 12 years and know what it takes to obtain and maintain long term recovery. Recovery is not just sobriety, but also stopping the behaviors that are hurting us and those we love, healing the pain from our past, getting rid of self-limiting beliefs, feeling more in control of our emotions, and finding balance in relationships so that we can have the freedom and space to live as the best version of ourselves.
I approach therapy with warmth, humor and sensitivity while offering perspective and skills to help you create the change you desire in your life.
