You may be feeling overwhelmed by your struggles with relationships, work, identity, and life-balance. Sometimes these struggles stem from unhealed wounds, or from someone else's beliefs about who you are. You’re probably exhausted from carrying this burden and trying to sort it out on your own. I can help you turn your own loving attention toward these wounded areas so that you can experience relief and begin to thrive. Let’s find your authentic self.

No one ever hated themselves into being a better person! I hold a loving and nonjudgmental space in which we can examine and process these struggles together. Our work will allow you to plot a path toward clarity, growth, and happiness. I operate from the perspective that each client is seeking relief and wholeness and striving to be their authentic self.

At the heart of my work is a safe space to let my clients accept and love themselves. A space where growth is possible. This work can be vulnerable but it is the biggest investment in yourself that you can make: the pursuit (and habit!) of seeing yourself clearly and attending to your own precious, utterly unique life.

I look forward to hearing from you.
